Lincolnshire is a lovely county that has a rich history and openly displays its culture at every turn. We take time to delight in the lovely scenery whilst visiting some of the county’s best attractions.

FRIDAY: A morning departure we make our way to Lincolnshire for a visit to Easton Walled Gardens Lincolnshire’s ‘Lost’ gardens continuing onwards to our hotel the Old Barn Hotel where tea, coffee and hot cross buns are served on arrival. Enjoy a glass of Pimms prior to dinner. Dinner in hotel.

SATURDAY: After breakfast we make our way to Downtown Garden Centre and retail complex where you can enjoy a browse and coffee (at your own cost) before we make our way to the beautiful town of Stamford. Take a walk around the historic town – there is much to admire, from the beautiful architecture to the delightful shops, with an abundance of coffee shops and pubs where you can obtain lunch (at your own cost). We then continue in the afternoon on a short drive to Burghley House where we have a guided tour. This is a real treasure house dating back to the time of Queen Elizabeth I. The tour offers a great insight into life in a stately home over the centuries. Returning to our hotel. Dinner in Hotel.
