After breakfast in the hotel we kick start our Welsh adventure with a fascinating visit to the Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre, telling the story of the town’s proud naval, military and aviation past. Afterwards, we continue to the atmospheric Carew Castle, with over 2,000 years of history and a picturesque millpond setting. Dinner in hotel.
Today we visit St David’s, Britain’s smallest city, renowned for its beautiful cathedral and charming atmosphere. Later, enjoy a guided tour of Picton Castle and Gardens, a 13th-century castle steeped in history, surrounded by stunning woodland gardens and bursting with colour. Dinner in hotel.
All aboard the delightful Gwili Steam Railway for a nostalgic ride through the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. Sit back and enjoy the scenery while being treated to a refreshing drink and slice of cake on board. In the afternoon, we head to Aberglasney Gardens for a 2–3 hour visit, where you can explore its walled gardens, woodland walks and tranquil pools. Dinner in hotel.
Today is yours to spend at leisure in the charming seaside town of Tenby. Wander its cobbled streets, relax on golden beaches, explore the harbour, or simply enjoy the vibrant shops and cafés at your own pace. Dinner in hotel.
