After breakfast we start the day with a relaxing stop in the charming town of Pitlochry, where you’ll have free time to wander its quaint streets, browse the independent shops, or simply enjoy a coffee while taking in the beautiful Highland surroundings.

From here, we travel to the Red Deer Centre in Aberfeldy. You’ll be welcomed with a warming lunch of homemade soup and freshly prepared sandwiches before meeting the magnificent red deer up close. Enjoy the unique experience of hand-feeding these gentle creatures while learning more about their role in Scotland’s wildlife heritage. Returning to our hotel for dinner.

 

Our tour continues as we cross the iconic Tay Bridge into Dundee, before heading onwards to the historic seaside town of St Andrews. Here, you’ll have free time to explore its medieval streets, take a stroll along the sweeping beach, or visit the famous golf links and ancient university. Returning to our hotel for dinner.

 

The next stage of our journey takes us north along the scenic A93, passing through the stunning mountain landscapes of the Scottish ski area at Braemar. We’ll travel past Balmoral Castle and the pretty village of Crathie, home to the royal church, before arriving in the elegant town of Ballater on Royal Deeside. Here, you can enjoy more free time to soak up the atmosphere, explore local boutiques, or admire the Victorian architecture before returning back to the hotel.
