ITINERARY

Excursions included:

We begin with a visit to the elegant resort of Torquay, at the heart of the English Riviera. Enjoy free time to stroll along the palm-lined seafront, browse the shops, or relax with a seaside coffee. In the afternoon we take the scenic coastal drive via Dawlish, before arriving in Teignmouth, where you’ll have time to explore this traditional seaside town before returning to the hotel.

Today is yours to enjoy at a gentler pace with a full day at leisure in Sidmouth. This charming Regency town offers a  beautiful seafront promenade, individual shops, and a relaxed atmosphere – perfect for a stroll, some shopping, or simply watching the world go by. Return to hotel for dinner.

A day of discovery begins with a visit to the classic seaside resort of Weymouth, with its sandy beach and colourful harbour. We then take a scenic drive up to Portland Bill Lighthouse, where the views across the dramatic Chesil Beach are truly spectacular. To round off the day, we enjoy a delicious afternoon cream tea at the Lobster Pot Café, a perfect ending to a day by the sea before retuning to our hotel for dinner.

A firm favourite with our customers for many years this AA 3 Star family-run hotel has been owned by the same family for over fifty years. Situated at the centre of the Esplanade it overlooks the sea and is adjacent to the shopping centre. Lounge Bar with sea view, reading room, writing room, café bar and sea view restaurant. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV, radio, telephone, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities. Aspara Spa with hydrotherapy pool, steam room and sauna. Therapists offer a wide range of beauty treatments (at extra cost). Lifts to all floors.
